A table top model Metos Bear RN20 VL-2 kneads and whips with gentle
precision up to the rims of the bowl. Variable speed control, preset
speed programs and possible to store up own programs with different time
and speed settings makes cooking quick and easy.
The electronic control panel allows you to choose between variable speed
or one of the four fixed speed programs. The control panel can be used
to store up to four individual programs with different time and speed
settings. The control panel also features an electronic 60-minute timer
and a pause function which can be used when inspecting the contents of
the bowl.

The transparent safety guard protects against dust and also prevents the
flour dusting to the room. The safety guard has an integrated filling
chute. The guard can be removed without any mechanical fittings.
The motor of the Metos Bear RN20 VL-2 is fitted with a frequency
converter which ensures the machine switches off in the event of
overloading. There are no joins or openings on the smooth, even surfaces
of the mixer therefore simple and quick to clean. The bowl and the tools
(whip, beater and hook) are made of stainless steel and are therefore
dishwasher safe.
The stainless steel scraper (option) with a teflon scraper blade
physically scrapes the sides of the bowl and makes manual scraping
unnecessary. This increases the utilisation of ingredients by providing
greater volume and reducing the mixing time.
