Metos maintenance

At Metos we are fully committed to Metos equipment after installation and commissioning, whether at home or abroad. In Metos countries we have own service men and selected partners. For our international partners outside Metos countries and subsidiaries we have language-skilled, dedicated personnel to provide spare parts and technical support.

For new partners / on new products we provide individual installation and service training at our factory in Finland or at the premises of our partners.

Additionally, we make service contracts and kitchen analysis for minimizing total after-sales costs and assuring a continuously smooth kitchen operation.

Continuous Training

Along with new equipment and product development we provide our service personnel and technical advisers continuous product training. This way we can make sure that our customers receive accurate and up-to-date after-sales service.

Prompt Deliveries

We store more than 15,000 spare parts articles in Kerava. Thanks to the automated storing system we can make accurate and quick deliveries all over the globe. We guarantee spare parts for Metos equipment for ten years after production date.
