Metos is the market leader in the Nordic, Baltic and Benelux countries and is part of the ALI Group, Europe’s leading manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment. Metos offers complete services for professional kitchen equipment in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Belgium and limited services in France. There are about 750 professionals in ten different countries. Metos is the number one expert in professional kitchen equipment and has been supplying professional kitchens for 100 years. Metos’ head office, factory and Metos Center are located in Kerava, Finland. Our other factory is located in Sorsakoski, Finland.

In addition to a comprehensive range of equipment, we are able to offer our customers the most comprehensive service package on the market. The Metos brand holds the promise that we will support our customers at all stages of the kitchen. Many issues that are essential for the operation of the kitchen are resolved already at the planning stage. Metos’ kitchen design always starts with a careful mapping of the customer’s needs. Our design unit utilises the latest information technology and is able to provide a wide range of services, from lay-out and installation images to process design.
With its expertise and wide range of products, Metos’ sales network is able to serve both individual equipment needs and demanding kitchen projects. With the help of the central warehouse in Finland, a significant part of individual equipment orders can be delivered promptly. Metos’ total delivery can include installation and old equipment recycling.
User training is an essential part of Metos’ deliveries. Professional trainers advise users with the efficient, safe and environmentally friendly use of the equipment. In addition to user training at our customers, we organise additional training and seminars at the Metos locations.
Metos’ own service network and selected partners guarantee fast and expert service and spare parts services.
International Metos
A significant part of our export business is Metos Marine, which has supplied equipment to more than 6,000 galleys around the world. Metos is the only European professional kitchen company capable of providing comprehensive services in ten countries. In addition to comprehensive services, we also supply individual devices and device configurations. Equipment exports is handled by Metos Cooking Solutions, which has an extensive international distribution network. Exports focus in particular on combi kettles.
